TWO WEEK PROGRAM

Vital Cleanse 1 
DOSAGE  Adults:  Take 30 drops of extract in a small amount of warm water, 2 
times daily between meals, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. 
Vital Cleanse 2 
DOSAGE  Adults:  Take 45 drops of extract in a small amount of warm water twice 
daily.  Take once before lunch  and once before dinner. 
Vital Cleanse 3 
DOSAGE  Adults:  Take one heaping teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of lukewarm water, two 
times daily.  Once in the a.m. before breakfast and once in the p.m. one hour 
before bed, shake well and drink immediately as this mixture will thicken 
quickly when applied to water.
