Standard Shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on weight and package size to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified. Our primary provider of shipping service for Next Day and Second Day shipping options is DHL. Our shipping notification email will inform you of how your package was shipped.

International Destinations

For International orders we only accept prepaid international money orders, prepaid bank drafts drawn on US bank accounts, or Western Union money order transfers. All International packages are shipped via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Shipping costs include actual Global Priority Mail Postage, plus a $6.00 Completion of Customs Forms fee. We will contact you by e-mail to provide these shipping costs, or you may contact us at OmWellness@YourBodyNaturally.com or call customer service at 1-262-889-8581 for total shipping charges.

Please know your countries import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc.

To order on-line, simply find the items you would like to purchase, and click on the "buy" button to add them to your shopping cart. You will then have a view of your shopping cart. Click "keep shopping" to purchase more items. When you are finished shopping, click on the "view/checkout" button on the upper left-hand corner of the web page, or the "checkout" button on the bottom right hand of your shopping cart page. You will then be instructed to provide information so your order can be processed. Information with a (R) is required to complete the order. Click the "continue" button and you will be instructed to enter the credit card you wish to use and to select your shipping method. Click the "continue" to enter your credit card number and expiration date. Click "continue" again, and your order is on the way!

Note that orders are generally shipped by next business day by whatever delivery method you have chosen. We try to ship 2nd day and next day orders the same business day if they are here by noon central standard time.

Note that weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.

All OmWellness orders are shipped within 24 hours. Occasionally we may experience product shortages due to manufacturer out of stocks. We will notify you via email immediately if we do not have on-hand stock to fill your order. We ask your patience in these situations - these are rare instances but can happen on occasion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

OmWellness guarantees your satisfaction on all your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call: (800-742-5841) within 30 days of receipt to get an Authorization Number to return the product. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, however, we cannot refund the cost of shipping it back to us.
